1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To sign up for a sample, fill in the entry form with your First Name, Last Name, Postal Address, Email Address, and tick the box to ensure you accept the Terms & Conditions. There is an option to tick a box to opt-in to REN marketing communications. Please then submit the form.
3. The opening date for entries is 13th June 2024 at 00:00 BST and the closing date for entries will be 31st June 2024 at 23:59, or when all the samples have been purchased or reclaimed (in line with clause 8), whichever comes first.
4. One sample of REN Clean Skincare’s Evercalm Barrier Support Elixir 5ml and Evercalm Global Protection Day Cream 5ml per household and per email address. Samples delivered to UK addresses only and are allocated to valid entries on a first come first served basis.

6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge, and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
8. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
9. There are 30,000 of each Evercalm SKU in total. There are two options of samples: Evercalm Global Protection Day Cream 5ml or Evercalm Barrier Support Elixir. You will choose which sample you want to obtain whilst they are still available in stock. If a sample is out of stock, this will be made clear on the page by saying either ‘No longer available’ or ‘Out of stock’, and you will only be able to obtain the alternative sample. 10. The samples will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
11. The sample is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Samples are not transferable.
12. You will select which sample you want to receive from the available samples on the form. On the following pages you will enter your postal details and pay for the fulfilment cost of the sample. Samples will be dispatched within 72 hours of claiming your sample. However, if unforeseen delays occur, this may delay dispatching for up to 3 weeks.
13. Participants must follow the usage instructions provided with the sample to ensure safe and effective use of the product. Participants may be contacted to provide feedback on the product. Participation in feedback activities is voluntary.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Participants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Participants release Facebook for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.
15. By entering the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the participant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
16. REN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions or termination of the campaign will be communicated via our website or email.
17. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
