These Terms and Conditions apply to the “REN Clean Skincare Early Access Prize Draw (Worth £250) ” (the “Promotion”) run by REN Limited (the “Promoter”).

This Promotion is open to (i) any person aged 18 and over at the date of entry, (ii) who reside in and are legal residents of the United Kingdom and (iii) meet the eligibility requirements described below ("Entrants/you").

By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and therefore agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility

(a) The Promotion is open to Entrants who sign up to the REN newsletter and email communications via the Meta advertisement. 
(b) Employees of the Promoter and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses, and individuals residing in such immediate family members’ household) are ineligible to enter and win.

(c) Entries will be void where prohibited by law, regulation, or ordinance.

2. How to Enter

(a) To enter the Promotion, you must sign up to the Promoter’s newsletter and email communications during the Promotion Period (specified below). The Promotion can only be entered into once by each person in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

(b) Entries will be accepted between 12:00pm BST 27th March 2025 and 11:59pm BST on 10th April 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promoter’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this giveaway.

(c) Entrants must fulfil all eligibility requirements in accordance with the Promotion rules, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

3. Selection of Winner and Prize

(a) All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random number generator. The first entry drawn at random will be selected as the “Winner” and shall be contacted by the Promoter before 11th April 2025, unless announced otherwise by the Promoter.

(b) The Winner must claim their Prize within 10 working days of notification by the Promoter, or the Prize will be void and a new winner will be selected.

(c) The Winner will receive the following “Prize” 
1 x voucher code for £250 . No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Promoter's discretion. The Prize is non-transferable.
The voucher must be used by 15th May 2025, can only be used once and must be applied to a single order. The voucher code will only be applicable to purchases made by the email address selected as the winner. 
(d) In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

(c) By taking part in the Promotion, the Winner acknowledges that they may be required to take part in relevant publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the Winners’ name, county of residence and/or image, statements made by the Winner concerning the Promotion and/or Prizes obtained as part of the Promotion. The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
By entering the promotion, all Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available here.  All entry instructions form part of the rules

(d) The Winner grant(s) the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel. 

4. Limitation of Liability
(a) By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold the Promoter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this Promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence), including, but not limited to:
(i) such Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
(ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment;
(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service;
(iv) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; and/or
(v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

(b) Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (the “Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the Entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.

5. General
(a) By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions / the rules, and all applicable laws and regulations. All entry instructions form part of the rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Promoter as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Promotion.

(b) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, the Promoter may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Promoter.

(c) The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to have used fraudulent methods or who attempts to circumvent these Terms and Conditions by tampering with the operation of the Promotion (including but not limited to) setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. Such submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

(d) The Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
(e) The Promoter  shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage

(e) These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
