  • Orders can no longer be placed after 31 July 2025.

  • Yes. All orders placed before 31 July 2025 will be processed and dispatched as usual. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Post-closure refund requests can be directed to customercareuk@renskincare.com.

    Returns policy:

    • Returns are accepted within
      30 days, if product is unused & in still in original packaging.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Only products purchased directly from REN Clean Skincare (www.renskincare.co.uk) are eligible for return.
    • If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned to qualify for a refund.
    • We do not accept partial returns of bundles or sets. Only complete sets can be returned.
    • Refunds can take up to 15 days to process after receipt of returned products.
  • Yes. Our customer service team will be available via email at customercareuk@renskincare.com for a limited time following closure.

  • REN Clean Skincare ceased trading on 31 July 2025. As of this date, our website and related services are no longer available, and all user accounts have been deactivated.

    In connection with our closure, we will retain personal data only where required by law or necessary to fulfil any outstanding contractual or legal obligations. All other personal data will be securely deleted in line with our data retention and deletion policies.
